THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Your watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years.

This warranty does not cover:

The lifetime of the battery.
Normal wear and tear and ageing.
Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by NOVE.
Indirect damages of any kind resulting from being handle by non-authorised persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or altered in its original condition beyond NOVE's control.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact mkt@nove.com to talk to our customer service team. If for any reason production of a particular spare part is stopped or deferred, NOVE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer the customer an alternative solution. Please note: You will be responsible for paying the expenses associated with making a claim under this Warranty, including postal or delivery expenses.

Art and Durability

"It is an absolutely beautiful watch, and an absolutely durable one at that. I love the finer things in life but I also have the issue of breaking most of those finer things. This watch has been the only thing to change that pattern. I have, for the lack of better words, beaten the hell out of this thing. I wear it daily, hell I even wear it in the shower and to bed sometimes. It's more than 10 feet away from me if I can help it. And through the almost 2 years that I've had it I have absolutely tested it's durability. Between working on cars or accidentally backhanding a concrete corner with it, it hasn't shown a single crack in it's armor. That most I've been able to do to this watch is knock the tint off the front crystal. Which was entirely my fault from again... Using this thing in places I most certainly shouldn't have. That and I will say the customer support is amazing. The only issue/thing I've been able to break on this watch was the bottom latch. And I do believe it was from repeated use of just taking on and off and on and off until the point that the pin fell out of the bottom latch, the latch itself never broke, just that a pin fell out and I couldn't find it 😂. But after contacting NOVE they didn't just send me a new pin, they sent a whole new latch and pin. And in a timely manner at that. Needless to say. Both NOVE and they're watch have been absolutely delightful. I love this thing like my son 😂. It's a work of art and a work of craftsmanship for it to take the beaten I've given it and only lose some tint. I've broken every watch before this that I've had, and in a much quicker time than this thing has lasted. Thank you NOVE."

Impressive Watch

"Very pleased with my Modena 500 watch given to me as a Christmas present. It’s a solid watch being good quality with a Swiss movement (Sellita SW500), sapphire crystal, 316L stainless steel body and wrist band. The watch is large being 44mm and 15. 7mm thick so may not suit a smaller wrist. Overall I think the Modena 500 is great quality for the price."

Good watch but a few minor flaws

"The watch looks and feels as good as it looks in pictures. It feels great quality, however the buttons aren't particularly smooth in operation and don't feel the same level of quality as the main body of the watch. For a premium watch I would expect better. However I don't use the stopwatch so it's only a minor complaint, the watch looks amazing on and keeps time extremely well, the strap is comfortable and plenty of good adjustment."

"I think the watch itself is fantastic! The dial is especially beautiful and the crown is easy to operate. What is disappointing is the movement… The accuracy is fine, but the hands sometimes shift when the chronograph resets, and it also looks a little dirty. I'll ask the watchmaker if it is repairable."
