SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will my order take to arrive?

After payment is verified, our process usually takes 2-3 business days before your order is shipped. The courier usually take few more days to deliver the good to you.  So it usually takes around 7 business days but sometimes it could be longer and up to 10 business days.

Can I order overseas?

All shipments can be delivered worldwide.

Are there international taxes & duties?

For most countries including the United State, the United Kingdom, all EU countries and Australia, taxes and duties have been included in the selling prices, which means you don't have to pay for any tax and duty.  However, in some countries, you might be responsible for the tax and duty.  Please contact your local customs office for accurate information or contact us for more information.

What are my payment options?

Apple Pay, Credit Card or PayPal is our preferred method of payment!  If you are not able to please contact us with your details.

RETURN/REFUND INFORMATION

Can I change or return my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us to get a full refund.  If you need to return the order, please contact us within 14 days after you received it.  We can then offer a full refund on any products after a quality check is conducted and the watch is still in its original condition.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled please contact us immediately and our team will investigate the issue, it could be a fraud filter that marks your order as fraudulent.

What is the warranty period?

Every purchase of a NOVE watch includes a 24 months warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

NOVE's warranty does cover: Issues regarding the functions of the watch. Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user after purchase.


NOVE's warranty does not cover:

– the life of the battery;

– normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of

the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as

leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating);

Who pays for shipping on a repair?

The customer is responsible for freight charges to ship the product to us for diagnosis and repair. If the repair is determined to be covered under warranty, NOVE will ship the unit back to the customer via the same shipping method in which it was received at no cost to the customer.
