After payment is verified, our process usually takes 1-2 business days before your order is shipped. The courier usually take few more days to deliver the good to you. So it usually takes around 4-7 business days but sometimes it could be longer and up to 10 business days.

RETURN/REFUND INFORMATION
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us to get a refund. If you need to return the order, please contact us within 14 days after you received it. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Every purchase of a NOVE watch includes a 36 months warranty.
NOVE's warranty does cover: Issues regarding the functions of the watch. Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user after purchase.
NOVE's warranty does not cover:
- The life of the battery.
- Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating).
- Any bracelets / straps are consumable goods, and we therefore do not provide repair for straps.
- Accidental knock or drop, damage incurred.
- Failure to follow the instructions in the owner’s manual
- Water damage caused by a failure to maintain water resistance eg crown was left out of home position.
The customer is responsible for freight charges to ship the product to us for diagnosis and repair. If the repair is determined to be covered under warranty, NOVE will ship the unit back to the customer via the same shipping method in which it was received at no cost to the customer.
