Refund policy

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receive your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us at mkt@nove.com including your order number and a brief description of your reason for return. Our representative will provide you with instructions on what to do next.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the courier or delivery company.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • The refund will not include original shipping cost and custom duties. 

  • All engraved orders are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mkt@nove.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
