Are there international taxes & duties?


*Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  


Tariffs and VAT are set by the customs authorities of the country or region where the goods are purchased, and are based on the country of manufacture of the goods. The amount of duty is determined by the classification of the goods. The amount you pay at the time of purchase does not include local customs duties and VAT, which may or may not be levied at the discretion of the local customs office. For further information about this, please refer to the relevant tax authorities in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After payment is verified, our process usually takes 1-2 business days before your order is shipped. The courier usually take few more days to deliver the good to you.  So it usually takes around 4-7 business days but sometimes it could be longer and up to 10 business days.

Can I order overseas?

-All shipments can be delivered worldwide. 

-All orders included free worldwide delivery.

-We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN/REFUND INFORMATION

Can I change or return my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us to get a refund.  If you need to return the order, please contact us within 14 days after you received it.  We can then offer refund on any products after a quality check is conducted and the watch is still in its original condition. Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled please contact us immediately and our team will investigate the issue, it could be a fraud filter that marks your order as fraudulent.

What is the warranty period?

Every purchase of a NOVE watch includes a 24 months warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

NOVE's warranty does cover: Issues regarding the functions of the watch. Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user after purchase.


NOVE's warranty does not cover:

– the life of the battery;

– normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of

the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as

leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating); 

- Any bracelets / straps are consumable goods, and we therefore do not provide repair for straps.

- Accidental knock or drop, damage incurred.

- Failure to follow the instructions in the owner’s manual

- Water damage caused by a failure to maintain water resistance eg crown was left out of home position.

Who pays for shipping on a repair?

The customer is responsible for freight charges to ship the product to us for diagnosis and repair. If the repair is determined to be covered under warranty, NOVE will ship the unit back to the customer via the same shipping method in which it was received at no cost to the customer.
